Welcome to Eklavya Packers and Movers. These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our packing and moving services. By booking or availing any of our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms stated below. We request all customers to carefully read and understand these terms before confirming their relocation.

Customers are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and truthful information regarding their goods, pickup and delivery locations, contact details, and special handling requirements. Any incorrect or incomplete information may lead to delays, additional charges, or service cancellation. Changes in service scope after booking confirmation may result in revised pricing.

Eklavya Packers and Movers ensures careful handling and safe transportation of goods using trained manpower and proper equipment. However, we shall not be held liable for delays or damages caused due to natural calamities, accidents, road conditions, strikes, government restrictions, or any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Items of prohibited, illegal, flammable, perishable, or hazardous nature must not be included in the shipment. The company reserves the right to refuse transportation of such items. Any loss or legal consequences arising from the inclusion of restricted goods shall be the sole responsibility of the customer.

Insurance coverage is optional and subject to the terms and conditions of the insurance provider. In case of any claim, customers must follow the insurer’s procedure and provide necessary documentation. The company’s liability, if any, shall be limited as per agreed service terms.

Full or partial payment must be made as per the agreed schedule. Failure to make timely payment may result in service delay, suspension, or cancellation. The company reserves the right to withhold delivery of goods until outstanding dues are cleared.

Eklavya Packers and Movers reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after such changes indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
